About Me
I'm a journalist, blogger and features editor, currently writing, commissioning and editing content for the technology department of a large price comparison website. In my spare time, I also write freelance articles about fashion, lifestyle and travel for a range of publications, including Cheapflights, emp.co.uk, Bride Magazine and Mensa.​

Work Experience
2016 - present
I am currently working as the Content Editor in the Mobile Phone department at uSwitch, creating and sourcing interesting and engaging content for our audience. I regularly attend product launches, events and awards ceremonies and write up daily news features about the latest innovations in technology.
2015 - 2016
I worked on a number of long-term projects to digitise the way customers interact with the council. As the site is used by everyone in the city, I rewrote the content and reorganising the layout to improve the customer journeys and make the website as user-friendly as possible.
2014 - 2015
I exclusively wrote all of the content for a prominent law firm's new website. This included all of the staff profiles, services pages and information about the heritage of the firm. I did this while working to a tight deadline of just over 2 months.

I received a merit-level Master of Arts degree in English and Creative Writing. I specialised in children's literature, screenplays and 20th century literature.

I was awarded a 2.1 Bachelor of Arts degree in English. I specialised in creative writing, renaissance literature and the works of Jane Austen.
